Overheard On The Bus 2

Jeez, I've been rather remiss in posting lately!

Today the bus seemed to be filled with students. Posh students. Posh English students. This led to me getting to overhear a phone conversation that made me doubt the state of education these days.

Posh Student 1 (on phone) - "Hang on, I'll ask..."
PS 1 - "Anyone know when Burns' Night is?"
PS 2 - "What's that? Do you mean like Bonfire Night?"
PS 1 - "I think it might be November or December, something like that."
PS 3 - "It's for some old Scottish poet, I think. Sounds like the most pointless celebration ever!"
PS 2 - "Huh. I've never heard of him!" *giggles*
